The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges. Once the company receives the items for exchange, a store credit will be issued Please note that tags must be attached and the clothing be in its original packaging. Worn or washed clothing will not be accepted for exchange.

Outer Banks Smocking Co. will provide a shipping label only for defective and wrong size clothing.
